Daylight

Not everything needs to be a project. A gentler way to choose what matters today.

goes a long way.

0 of 3 complete

Try checking something off.

Most task lists make it easy to add more. Daylight explores the other half of that problem: choosing a small enough list that finishing feels possible.

The prototype starts with three simple actions. Each can be checked off directly, and the completion count updates without moving the list or interrupting the moment.

Try the checklist above. It is a browser interaction study, so it resets when you reload and does not claim to synchronize with a calendar or task service.

My focus was on the hierarchy of the day: an open invitation at the top, a short list beneath it and a clear sense of completion. The next design question is how to carry unfinished work forward without making it feel like a debt.

Thanks for spending a little time here.
